Kim graduated cum laude from Clemson University with a bachelor’s degree in Graphic Communication and a minor in Business Administration. She has four years of experience in design and competitive marketing, including two years as a graphic designer with Atlanta-based craft marketing company Plaid Enterprises. Throughout Kim’s studies and work experiences, she has been exposed to all aspects of marketing, including sales, customer service, and production. Her experience from Plaid prompted her to make the switch from design to account management when she joined Sage in April 2008. Kim is a certified Google Advertising Professional who takes pride in her reputation as a creative and positive thinker. Her clients benefit from her creativity, organizational skills, and warm personality as well as her design background and talent for marketing strategy.

Artisan Munchies Launched!
We also just recently launched Artisan Munchies, a gourmet family-owned business located in the heart of Wallace, NC. Artisan Munchies approached us with the goal to build an online presence and allow for the online purchase of their delicious products. Building the website through a Content Management System, and integrating PayPal, we created a clean and user friendly ecommerce site.
Atlantic Packaging Launched!
After months of planning, designing, programming and building, Atlantic Packaging launched their new website last month. Renowned for state of the art automation and integrated packaging abilities, Atlantic Packaging craved a website redesign that would build a strong online presence for the Atlantic Packaging name. Being a highly visual website, this site features custom database and flash, as well as an exclusive employee section. Also, embedded within this site is also the Prestige Label website, which is complete with videos and a custom quote form.
LinkTech Couplings Launched!
Hey Blog viewers, I just wanted to let you all know that LinkTech Couplings launched their new website on September 15th. Mimicking the look and feel of their marketing materials we previously created, this new website features an updated look, refined logo and for the first time in LinkTech history, all their updated products are featured online. The client is very pleased with this website and is ecstatic about being able to continually keep LinkTech’s products updated through the use of a custom template. Following this, we plan to create and print a complete catalog featuring these updated products.

BridgePointe Hotel and Marina Launches!
I am pleased to announce Bridge Pointe Hotel and Marina launched their newly designed website on August 13th. This new website features an updated look and feel, new logo and also a really neat Google Map application that allows the client to continually personalize and place in local attractions. The new Bridge Pointe Hotel and Marina is complete with editing functionality and plenty of beautiful images. All in all, the client is satisfied with the website outcome and is now looking into working with us for a 2010 Internet Marketing plan for this hotel.

MTC Transformers Launches!
Be sure to check out the new MTC Transformers website, which recently launched! Founded in 1985, MTC Transformers is the leader in new technology concerning dry-type transformers and transformer rewind services. This new and improved website was redesigned to better promote MTC Transformers’ products and services, while highlighting resources and their unique on-site transformer rewind capabilities. This new website features an attractive flash header and was built enabling our client the ability to continually manage and keep the site up to date.

ACCESS of Wilmington launches new website
We just launched a website for ACCESS of Wilmington. ACCESS (Accessible Coastal Carolina Events Sports and Services) of Wilmington is a non-profit organization that was formed in 2008 with an overall mission to create a place where people of all ages, races and abilities can actively participate together here in Wilmington, NC. After receiving kind donations, ACCESS has developed two programs now underway: The Accessible Golf of Wilmington program and the Miracle Field of Wilmington. Both of these great programs allow individuals with disabilities the chance to play on specially designed fields. Among many features, the website includes a PayPal donation link in hopes of continually collecting funds to support these great programs and eventually expand. The client is thrilled with the design and functionality of the website and is eager to view the response and traffic it gets in the near future.
Combat Medical Systems Launches!
North Carolina based company, Combat Medical Systems, came to Sage Island with the goal of redesigning and redeveloping an ecommerce website that displays their products and information. Founded in 2008, Combat Medical Systems develops innovative products to simplify tactical medicine. As can be seen in the website, Combat Medical Systems offers a number of highly configured medical kits and products for users of all medical skills. This new and improved website was built within a Content Management System, featuring a Flash Header, News module, WordPress Blog and a manageable shopping cart. Currently the shopping cart is set to handle orders by phone only, in the future it will be set to receive orders and automatically process the Credit Card.
Extending beyond the website, Sage Island and Combat Medical Systems’ professional relationship continues as we are continually working on the design and development for a new company brochure, magazine ads promoting specific products, product sheets, product photography, tradeshow banner stands, a secondary non-profit website and Pay Per Click campaigns.
