As a staffing company, Blue Arbor understands that you only get once chance to make a first impression. That’s exactly why their team decided it was time for a new logo. They wanted a design that would establish them as an industry leader and stand out among the competition. It had to be bold yet warm, professional yet inviting. They needed a strong logo that reflected their focus on connecting professionals, which would look great whether it was used on their website, letterhead, or business cards.
When the graphic designers at Sage Island develop a logo, we begin by discussing the clients wants and needs, how they’re currently viewed, and how they’d like to be seen moving forward. The client’s desired direction is extremely important during the design process. Because of this, our team concentrated on the logo mark design, the font of the signature, and the color scheme to guarantee that the new logo truly represented Blue Arbor.
The color scheme was essential in this design. The gray and green hues give the logo a cheerful energy, while remaining professional and gender neutral. Similarly, the color the mark is another important piece of this puzzle. The leaf represents the name Blue Arbor and while it shows a soft side it reflects the sturdy reputation behind this company.
