One of the most notable changes Sage Island made to the College Road website was the inclusion of the Pet Desk technology. Pet Desk allows pet owners to make appointments from the comfort of their couch with this user-friendly technology. Adding the information to the website clearly and concisely makes it possible for more pet owners to understand and use the application, which garners College Road with the well-deserved credit for above-and-beyond pet care.
Visually appealing videos and images.
The design team incorporated updated photos and a fun video to highlight the team’s expertise and grab the attention of animal lovers everywhere. We added staff photos and updated background information on the teams at College Road and Carolina Beach. This does not only tell the story of both animal hospitals but puts a face to the website. This, in addition to a current blog and a fresh new logo, created a connection with patients and helped bridge any potential virtual gaps.
A fresh and user-friendly layout.
While not over-powering or boring, College Roads’ new design was freshened up to incorporate a sense of organization as well as contemporary navigability. A range of blues overtook the color palette for a hint of tranquility and ease, while the header displays clearly displays contact information and social media links for easy access. The side drop-down menu provides concise labels that will help visitors quickly find just what they need to enhance their experience on the website.
