Sage Island Launches New Service Master of Wilmington Website

by Gregory Mason

Service Master of Wilmington offers world-class services of the nationally known Service Master brand for our region, and they wanted a website that conveys their commitment to quality service. Service Master specializes in a wide range of cleaning and restoration services including mold removal, water damage, smoke damage, trauma clean up and more. With a clear understanding of the critical role they play in restoring peace of mind, Service Master of Wilmington came to Sage Island’s team to help them create a website focused on the needs of the customer.

Our team set out on developing the site to mirror the company’s core beliefs. Quality service isn’t just a slogan – it’s a commitment. Recognizing that the customer is emotionally tied to their emergency situation, we designed opportunities for them to gain access to immediate attention. Customers need swift responses with thoughtful care, so we designed quick access to various types of services, and even created an emergency button. An important part of designing a site comes with acknowledging the needs and behavior of your audience and delivering a clear path to fit their need.

The new site was built in WordPress and allows them to develop and manage their own content with the ability to edit the text, images and multiple elements. Service Master of Wilmington can easily keep their content new, fresh and up-to-date.  The staff page has a unique feature allowing customers to add technicians directly to their email’s address book.

Overall, the new site leverages good design and customer-focused content to help gain trust in the company’s service.  Helping homes and businesses recover helps people recover too. The website presents a company offering the quality service you deserve.
