The SimpleClinic dedicates itself to the health of the communities it represents, namely the Fayetteville, North Carolina, area. Its patients receive support and partner with the clinic to manage and prevent diseases as well as promote health education and work-place safety.

Challenge

The first and foremost goal of the SimpleClinic is to provide the highest quality of care to its patients, which calls for efficiency as well as friendly and personal interactions. To make things even easier for potential patients, or even for returning ones, the SimpleClinic contacted Sage Island for help remodeling its website to give it a fresh look and an innovative purpose.

Solution

eVisit Technology

One of the most notable changes Sage Island made to the SimpleClinic’s website was the inclusion of the eVisit technology and an App patients can download straight to their phone. The Virtual Visit allows patients to avoid urgent care waits and handle their care online for minor ailments such as allergies, earache, sore throats, coughs, pink eye, fever, and many more. Adding the information to the website in a clear and concise way makes it possible for more patients to understand and use the application, which garners the SimpleClinic with the well-deserved credit for above-and-beyond healthcare.

Updated Photos & Clinic Information

The design team incorporated updated photos and background information on its founder, Dr. Jonathan B Hancock, to not only tell the clinic’s story, but to put a face to the website for its visitors. This, in addition to a current blog and eNewsletter, created a connection with patients and helped bridge any lingering virtual gap.

Professional yet Personable Layout

While not intimidating or lacking in personality, the SimpleClinic’s new layout was freshened up to incorporate a sense of organization as well as modern navigability. Blues overtook the color palette for a hint of tranquility and ease, while the top menu bar sports clear labels that patients will be able to use to find just what they need to enhance their experience on the clinic’s site. Testimonials from other patients rotate along the center of the homepage to reiterate the many benefits of working with the SimpleClinic.

The Results

 

The SimpleClinic and its patients now enjoy a professional, user-friendly site that streamlines patient care by avoiding long wait times.
